Starting in construction alongside my father, I gained hands-on experience working on high-rise buildings, apartments, and townhouse projects in my late teens and early 20s. This foundation gave me an unmatched understanding of construction quality and attention to detail, something that many overlook in the real estate world. I moved on to building single-family homes, learning the ins and outs of creating desirable homes for first-time buyers and families.

Seeing the potential to broaden my impact, I obtained my real estate license, which allowed me to help clients buy and sell properties with the advantage of my construction background. Not stopping there, I pursued a mortgage license to better understand the financial side of real estate. My journey didn’t end with selling homes—I went on to secure my property management and strata licenses, which gave me a complete picture of the various facets of the real estate industry.

Eventually, I earned my broker’s license, enabling me to open my own real estate and mortgage brokerage. I hired, mentored, and trained agents and brokers, building a team of professionals who could guide clients with the same dedication and expertise I’ve cultivated. Being in the top 1% of licensed professionals in Canada, I have an edge in providing unique insights to real estate investors.

I then transitioned into investing myself, targeting properties in Canada and the USA. My experience allows me to guide beginner and advanced investors alike.
